Testimony from Pearson

Mrs Lau spends a lot of time caring for Pearson when he is found to suffer from severe ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactive disorder).  It was a hard and depressing time for Mrs Lau as Pearson is often emotionally unstable, which lead to behavioural problems such as hitting himself or others repeatedly, scratched himself till he bleeds and is hyperactive.  Through other parents in the school that Pearson attends, Mrs Lau came to know about BRT and decided to give BRT a try.  In 2 months, Pearson had shown signs that he was able to control his emotions and became calmer.  Other parents who saw the change in Pearson, enquired about it from Mrs Lau, thereafter came to BRT to seek treatment for their children who also suffers from ADHD.  With Pearson’s improvement, Mrs Lau had enrolled Pearson for OT (Occupational Therapy-treatment through occupation.  For the child, it includes play, chores, self-care and schoolwork) to complement with the current BRT treatment.  She hopes that in time, Pearson is able to enrol in Speech-Language therapy.
